I was looking for a good hotel for a week in Tbilisi. The excellent reviews on several tourist sites led me to the Museum Hotel Orbeliani. And it was a great choice. I have stayed in many different hotels around the world on my travels and can compare. The Museum Hotel Orbeliani is one of the best. There are brighter and more luxurious hotels, more well-known and more expensive hotels, but each of them usually lacks something. Something very valuable that the Museum Hotel Orbeliani has that money can't pay for. This hotel has a soul. A soul that every employee gives it. It is created by his amazing honest work and at the same time a beautiful human attitude. Experience has convinced me that guests' wishes are fulfilled here even before they are spoken. I won't name names, I don't want to forget anyone. As a visitor to the hotel, I could feel the consummate professionalism at every turn, accompanied by the ever-present human smile and concern for my utmost satisfaction. All this gave me a rare feeling of human exceptionalism, peace, comfort and security. I don't want to go on about all the positives the hotel offers. The greatest experience for me was meeting the people or their work. I left with the pleasant feeling that I had spent seven days among friends for whom I feel great respect. And I will be very much looking forward to the next meeting.

We love the most is the location and the hospitality of the staffs. Location is a walking distance to most of Tbilisi landmarks, restaurants, local parks, public transporation, mall and supermarkets. Staffs are very friendly, accomodating and hospitable in every possible way. They allowed us for an early check in without additional charge and upon check out, they even prepare packed breakfast for all of us to take into our flight! Everyday, housekeeping team clean and fix your room. Front desk are very friendly; they always smile and greet their guests. They will also help you on every assistance you need upon your stay. Lastly, the history of Museum Hotel fascinates us! From where it all started and how they are continuously preserving the stories behind it.

An extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it promises a perfect stay. Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better situated - allowing easy access to major attractions. The rooms at the Museum Hotel were also nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly decorated, with the most comfortable bed. The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant and housekeeping, every member went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Also, surprised nobody in the reviews mentioned the excellent cafe in the lobby! Their daily breakfast spread is amazing and such a perfect way to start the day!

It’s a great Breakfast 🍳 Honestly, I want to thank the host for his elegant and respectful treatment. Also Staff are very helpful. The hotel is in very beautiful place with natural & old city side Honestly, its very nice experience that I would like to repeat. Everything was beautiful. Thank you for the beautiful reception, I advise everyone who wants to experience beautiful nature to visit this beautiful place all historical location on walking distance

All the people working at the hotel were so awesome and kind. Very clean, silent and comfortable hotel, perfect for a long stay in Tbilisi. Very good attractions and restaurants near and easily to grab a taxi for everywhere for lower price. Breakfast is ok, food on the museum cafe is so tasty and delicious. In my case I could check in a couple of hours earlier cause my room was already available. Don’t be afraid to ask to the staff, they will help you.
